DIGIBLOCK – 100% COVERAGE

When you need to print on softshell and sublimation-dyed polyester, you often find that the colour permeates through the print leading to discolouration. This is not the case with DigiBlock, which covers 100% and blocks dye permeation from the textile.

DigiBlock is especially suitable for:

 - Softshell

 - Sublimation-dyed polyester

We do not recommend DigiBlock for stretch textiles, such as sportswear. DigiBlock is a thick transfer and logos printed using DigiBlock will not be so comfortable worn close to the body.

Since DigiBlock is digitally-produced, it is possible to print a photograph that can be heat-transferred to your clothes. In addition, the digital process can reproduce even the finest details and render them with crystal clarity.

The price is therefore not related to the number of colours when it comes to serigraphic transfers.

A digital transfer is printed on foil, after which the logo is cut out.

Be aware that, depending on logo size and level of detail it may be necessary to make an outline of the logo and "fill out" the details in a contrasting colour.

Excess film can generally be removed if it has a stroke thickness of a min. of 3.5 mm or when the foil to be removed is a min. of 3.5 mm Ø.
