A new business partnership brings the company NS System from Frederikshavn, Denmark into a position as Scandinavia's largest producer of visibility on textiles.

From 1 December, two profile clothing giants will be teaming up to do business together: Denmark's largest graphic textile printing company NS System and Scandinavia's largest supplier to the building trade, DT Group.

The largest deal in NS System's history brings 250 wholly new store customers on the Scandinavian market, for the production of silkscreen as well as digital transfers, embroidery and laser engraving on work, sports and leisure clothing. It involves the DT Group's Scandinavian chains: Stark (Denmark), Neumann Bygg (Norway), Beijer (Sweden) and Starkki (Finland), while a number of focus stores in the four countries will offer customers "shop in shop" sales of work wear.

This deal will provide NS System, which has opened country offices in Norway and Finland over the last few years and just recently established itself in Sweden, with access to a massive new customer base across all of Scandinavia.

"It offers us the opportunity to cement our reputation as Scandinavia's biggest suppliers of visibility on textiles, and is a logical continuation of the growth strategy we have put in place," explains NS Systems owner and CEO, Niels Rask.

About NS System and DT Group

The Frederikshavn company NS System was founded almost 50 years ago, on 1 April 1965. The efficient, family-owned business, which employs a staff of over 60 and holds two-thirds of the Danish market for visibility on textiles, is a manufacturing company that uses modern silkscreen and digital technology to create prints on profile clothing for work, sports and leisure.

DT Group, which is the largest retailer and distributor of building materials in Scandinavia and one of the market leaders in Europe and North America, is also known as the world's largest distributor of plumbing materials for the professional market, and supplies a wide customer base, from large contractors to distributors and end users.

NS System will be exhibiting at Skilte & Reklamemessen 2014

by Nadia Nielsen

NS system is exhibiting at Skilte & Reklamemessen (The Signs & Advertising Exhibition) in Fredericia on the 5th and 6th of November. An exhibition where we see the opportunity to show what we can offer when it comes to visibility on textiles.

We will be at the exhibition presenting textiles such as corporate clothing, work wear and sportswear with different types of visibility in the form of transfers, embroidery and laser engraving. As a new feature we have started to sell umbrellas from FARE and we look forward to showing you a variety of different umbrellas with logo branding. FARE is a German merchant providing quality umbrellas in all possible colours, shapes, and sizes.

At NS System we challenge the traditional logo branding on corporate clothing, sportswear and the like. If you would like to see a different way of making visibility on textile, come and visit us at Skilte & Reklamemessen (The Signs & Advertising Exhibition) in Fredericia.

NS System supports Knæk Cancer

by Nadia Nielsen

Again this year we have at NS System chosen to support the campaign against cancer ‘Knæk Cancer’, which is a collaboration between the broadcasting company TV2 and the Danish Cancer Society ‘Kræftens Bekæmpelse’.

The entire week 43 is on TV2 dedicated to two things: creating awareness and raising money.

Creating awareness about cancer and the curing the disease, research and patients, and about death and not least on life. Various programs on the channel will throughout the week focus on cancer, a disease that affects one in three of us and kill 42 Danes every day. During the week money will be raised for the purpose in various ways, such as quizzes, dancing, etc.

It all ends in a big fundraising show on TV2 Saturday the 25th of October 2014.
